Client is a Teochew culinary establishment relocating to a new premise, thus taking the opportunity to also revamp their menu. Focus was on the foundation upon which the business was built as well as the principles by which the business is conducted.

Other than the usual write-up and translation, client requested for a concise appreciation message which would be inserted in their newsletter as a wrap-up for the year. It is always enjoyable to have had a successful year, more so to sum up and look forward to an even more exciting new year. :)

This was pretty much an editing and proofing job for (i) Southeast Asia, and (ii) Philippines editions of a new assessment series. Was a pretty easy project, but which requires tweaking of generic content to suit a specific market.

Client requested for express delivery for items 2 and 3 while item 1 was one year back; seemed too sparse to warrant a post by itself then so have included it here. Always interesting to write around intricate interior designs.
